Succulent Care
Step 1: Place Your Succulent In Light
Succulents love sunshine, so be sure to place yours in a lit area. A windowsill is an ideal spot for them to hang all day.
If your succulents aren’t getting enough light, they will stretch and bend towards the light. This is especially common with colorful succulents. Make sure it’s getting all the nutrients it needs! You might move your succulent to a brighter area or use a growth light.
Step 2: Water Your Babies
Succulents also need a bit of watering, but overwatering is the easiest way to kill a succulent. Soak the dirt completely with water, and let the excess drip out the bottom of your pot.
Wait until the soil is 100% dry before soaking again. In a dry climate, you might water every 3-4 days. In a humid environment, you might water your succulents every week. As a good rule of thumb, thicker-leaved succulents need less water than thinner-leaved succulents.
Step 3: Enjoy!
That’s it! Easy, right?
